Job summary

This role requires strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills as you build positive relationships and manage shifts, briefs and performance conversations on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop staff on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for worker queries and issues.
• Coach and mentor the workforce and drive engagement on the shop floor.
• Manage attendance, performance, and returns to work interviews.
• Input worker hours into payroll accurately and liaise with client requirements.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
