Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and growth of a key client. You will manage daily worker bookings, ensure accurate payroll inputs, handle temporaries management and respond to colleague queries. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work across a busy logistics environment.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will collaborate across teams to maintain high service levels and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in coordination, recruitment, or site support within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set.
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately.
• Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
• Dealing with colleagues queries.
• Good planning and organisation skills.
• Ensuring compliance in all areas.
• Ambition and determination to succeed.
