Greggs plc is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You will be responsible for delivering a brilliant customer experience, coaching staff and maintaining high standards of operation.

As a Shop Manager, you will oversee recruitment, training, and engagement, while monitoring wage and waste controls and ensuring the shop is clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience supervising or managing a team in a retail/food-on-the-go environment.

Responsibilities
