Greggs West is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a brilliant experience whether customers order in-store or online, across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

Typical day includes leading the team to meet shop standards, driving performance through recruitment, training and engagement, managing wage and waste controls, involved in food prep and serving, and keeping the shop

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement
• Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked and welcoming
