Job summary

Greggs plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to customers across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll ensure a brilliant experience whether orders are placed in-store or online.

Day to day you’ll recruit, train and develop colleagues, monitor wage and waste controls, and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager with experience in a fast-paced retail or food-on-the-go environment.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve shop targets.
• Drive recruitment, training and colleague engagement to improve performance.
• Monitor wage controls, waste, and service standards.
• Hands-on involvement in food preparation and serving customers.
