Greggs PLC is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team in delivering fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will recruit, train and engage colleagues while monitoring costs and standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role involves hands-on food preparation, maintaining shop cleanliness and stock, and supporting a welcoming store environment. Strong leadership in a retail or food-on-the-go setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or line manager in a retail or food-on-the-go setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shift-based work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver high standards of service and shop presentation.
• Drive recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement.
• Monitor wage controls, waste management and service standards.
• Get hands-on with food preparation and serving customers.
