Greggs is looking for a Shop Manager to lead a team in delivering fast, friendly service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels. You’ll recruit, train and engage colleagues, ensuring wage and waste controls while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Line Manager in a food-on-the-go environment or retail.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain high standards in the shop.
• Drive performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement.
• Monitor wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
• Participate in food preparation and serving customers as needed.
