A local fast-food restaurant in Greater London is seeking an experienced individual to manage catering services. You will plan the quality of meals, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. The role is full-time, offering a salary of up to £31,600 annually, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm. English language proficiency is required, and an immediate start is available.

Principal Responsibilities

• Plan catering services and direct staff.
• Decide on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided.
• Discuss customers' requirements for special occasions.
• Purchase or direct the purchasing of supplies and arrange for preparation of accounts.
• Verify that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Plan and arrange food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organise the provision of waiting or counter staff.
• Check that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit.
• Determine staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements.

Salary: £31600 per annum. (Full time – 37.5 hrs)
