Job summary

Sue Ryder is seeking a Shop Manager for the Corby shop, leading a team and volunteers to drive sales and income while ensuring excellent donor and customer service. The role focuses on strong community relationships and consistent store presentation.

You will recruit and develop volunteers, manage stock and EPOS processes, and promote Sue Ryder campaigns and national fundraising initiatives as part of our charitable mission.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in people management, including recruitment and reviews.
• Comfort with KPI-driven performance and reporting.
• Strong IT skills for admin, emails, messaging and video calls.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work alone when needed.
• Experience working with volunteers is a plus.
