Job summary

Sue Ryder is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our New Corby shop to lead a team, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service. The role supports the manager and volunteers while promoting Sue Ryder campaigns and a community-focused approach.

The candidate should have customer service and supervisory experience, cash handling skills, and good IT abilities. A range of benefits is offered with an emphasis on work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
