Greggs plc in Wishaw is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop across channels, including in-store, delivery, and Click+Collect. You will step in for the Store Manager when needed and motivate the team to deliver excellent service every shift.

You will prepare products, manage ovens, ensure displays are stocked and the shop looks clean, while modelling fast, friendly service. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is welcome; we value inclusion and teamwork.
