Greggs plc in Coatbridge is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present. You will motivate the team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across in-shop, delivery, and online orders.

As a shift leader, you’ll supervise service quality, manage product preparation and oven duties, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays throughout each shift. Prior supervisory experience is ideal; availability to cover early opening and late closing
