Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present, inspiring the team and ensuring customers have a brilliant experience across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru. You’ll lead by example, serving customers fast and friendly and keeping the shop welcoming.

You’ll also prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked and the shop clean and presentable, with a focus on great service. We offer competitive weekly pay and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.
