Greggs plc is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn't around, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will motivate the team, prepare products, manage ovens, and maintain shop standards while fostering an inclusive culture. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is valued. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire the team to deliver great results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example; serve customers quickly and with a friendly approach.
• Prepare products (sandwiches) and manage ovens during shifts.
• Ensure displays are stocked and shop remains clean and presentable.
• Demonstrate reliability and natural leadership during shifts.
