Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure an outstanding customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You will oversee the shop in the Manager’s absence, motivate staff, and ensure the team has what they need to perform at their best.

Responsibilities include inspiring the team, providing fast and friendly service, preparing products, and maintaining clean, well-stocked displays.

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and reliability with a passion for delivering excellent service.
