Job summary

Greggs plc is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop team, ensuring excellent customer service across all channels, including in-store and online orders. You will be responsible for the shop in the Manager's absence, driving standards, and supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will inspire and develop the team, manage product preparation and ovens, maintain clean and well-stocked displays, and uphold friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must have previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable, with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supportive of an inclusive culture and able to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example, serving customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of choices for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
