Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, and online orders. You’ll oversee the team when the Manager isn’t present, motivate colleagues and ensure the shop runs smoothly.

You’ll manage food preparation and ovens, maintain stock and displays, and keep the store clean and welcoming while driving a great customer experience throughout your shift.
