Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; eagerness to learn and advance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, delegate tasks, and motivate colleagues to deliver great results and support training.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by welcoming customers and delivering outstanding service.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining records.
• Champion quality and safety by ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Keep the store inviting, vibrant, and well-presented for customers and colleagues.
• Lead by example daily, especially during busy periods, to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards, delivering quality and consistency.
