Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, delegating tasks and motivating colleagues to deliver great results while supporting training and development.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by building a welcoming atmosphere, delivering outstanding service, and helping customers discover products they’ll love.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records.
• Champion quality and safety by taking an active role in food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness are maintained throughout the store.
• Keep the store looking its best by creating an inviting, vibrant, and well-presented environment for customers and colleagues.
