Job summary

EG Group is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team, ensure products are fresh and service is outstanding, and take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager's absence. You'll train colleagues, manage daily operations, and create welcoming customer experiences while keeping food safety and store standards at the forefront.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations and training of colleagues.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support store operations including stock control, banking, and administration while upholding records.
• Champion food safety, health, and safety standards across the store.
• Keep the store inviting and well-presented to customers and staff.
• Lead by example during busy periods and cover Store Manager during absences.
• Prepare beverages and food to brand standards with consistency.
