Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee the shop when the Manager isn’t available. You’ll motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and help with food preparation and oven management. Your leadership will keep standards high across all channels.

You’ll drive a friendly, efficient service, manage stock displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare sandwiches and manage the ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide range for customers.
