Greggs is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a shop team, especially when the Store Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily operations across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll manage shifts, train and support colleagues, keep displays full, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The role emphasizes leadership, reliability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and lead the shop team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Serve customers in a fast, friendly manner and lead by example.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Ensure displays are stocked and shop is clean and presentable.
