Greggs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shop operations during the Manager's absence, guiding a team and ensuring excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll inspire the team, lead by example, prepare products, maintain stocked displays, and keep the shop clean and presentable while delivering a brilliant experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a supervisory role in a similar customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
