Job summary

Greggs plc is hiring a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will be part of the management team, looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around and engaging the team to deliver excellent customer service.

You will oversee in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels, leading by example on a fast, friendly service approach. You’ll prepare products, maintain stocked displays, and ensure the shop remains clean and presentable.

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities.
• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.
