Shift Support Manager
£55,000-£65,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
Avonmouth, BS11 0YW (On-Site)
Full-Time, 39 hours per week
Shifts: Flexible coverage across Day, Back, and Night shifts as required
We're looking for a Shift Support Manager to join the team at our Avonmouth depot. In this role, you'll play a big part in making our depot a great place to work for our 800 colleagues - coaching, supporting, and mentoring them to deliver a great service to our stores across the country. You'll get involved in all areas of the depot, including Warehouse and Transportation, focusing on improving our ways of working and leading change projects to keep things moving forward.
