J D Wetherspoon is seeking a shift manager to support, lead, and motivate the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets. You will run shifts, maintain high standards of cleanliness and service, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.

You will oversee operations, coach staff, manage stock, and participate in regular meetings. A strong focus on customer experience, training, and promoting promotions is required.

• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage shifts.
• Attend to training and SOP adherence.

Mansioni

• Lead shifts to deliver excellent customer service and maintain standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Manage stock, wastage, deliveries and quality checks.
• Coach and develop team through recruitment, training and rota planning.
