Job summary

JD Wetherspoon Plc is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead and motivate the team, maintain service standards, and ensure compliance across each shift in our pubs. You will run shifts unsupervised, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, coach staff, and uphold SOPs while delivering excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role offers progression into pub management and a defined development path with benefits including meals, discounts, bonus schemes and holiday

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage shifts.
• Must have right to work in the UK and reside near the pub.
