Job summary

JD Wetherspoon Plc is seeking a Shift Manager to support, lead and motivate the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets. You will run shifts unsupervised, delivering excellent service, supervising food and drink preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace in line with SOPs.

The role emphasises strong leadership, effective delegation, and coaching to achieve high standards while working in a fast-paced pub environment.
