Job summary

You’ll delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback and support the team to achieve excellence, with progression opportunities into future pub management roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Have a proof of right to work
• Have a bank account in your own name
• Be able to converse in English and to understand the language to complete training and other duties associated with your job role.
• Have a fixed place of residence within reasonable travelling distance of your place of work.
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide pub operation, lead by example, motivate and coaching the team.
• Ensure pub opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Be welcoming to customers, maintaining high levels of customer management on every shift.
• Be aware of promotions and events, sharing knowledge with the team to keep information up to date.
• Maintain cleanliness with a clean-as-you-go approach across all areas.
• Respond to customer feedback and identify training needs.
