Greggs PLC is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t on duty. You’ll inspire the team, motivate colleagues and ensure top customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll supervise shifts, prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment. You’ll lead by example, deliver fast, friendly service, and develop the team’s skills for consistent excellence.
