Greggs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present, engaging and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru. You’ll prepare products, manage ovens, and ensure displays are stocked while maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

You’ll help foster an inclusive culture and bring previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment to the role, supporting colleagues and delivering
