Greggs in Eastleigh is seeking a Shift Manager to join our day-to-day management team. You will look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the team, and ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they shop in-store or online.

Responsibilities include leading by example, preparing products, and keeping displays stocked while maintaining a clean, welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable.
