Job summary

Greggs plc is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure first-class customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru channels. You will look after the shop when the Manager is away, motivate colleagues, and ensure stock, cleanliness, and presentation meet Greggs standards.

On a typical shift you’ll inspire the team, serve customers quickly and warmly, prepare our popular products, and keep ovens and displays running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to inspire and manage a small team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products (sandwiches) and manage ovens during shifts.
• Ensure displays are stocked and shop is clean and presentable.
