Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the shop when the Manager is away. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee product preparation and store presentation.

You will manage shifts across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, delivering a brilliant shopping experience for customers both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate and engage colleagues to deliver great service.

Responsibilities
