Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store teams across channels, including in-shop, delivery, and online orders. You’ll motivate staff, ensure fast, friendly service, and oversee product prep such as sandwiches and oven management.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop to excellent standards.

• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Ensure displays are stocked and the shop is clean, tidy and presentable.
• Keep the shop running smoothly when the Manager isn’t around.
