Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and support the Manager in their absence. You will inspire the team, deliver excellent customer service, prepare foods, and ensure displays are stocked and the shop stays clean and welcoming.

You will drive fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery and online orders, work with colleagues to maintain high standards, and help colleagues grow through engagement and support.

Qualifications

• Natural leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience supervising teams in a customer-focused environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products (sandwiches) and manage ovens.
• Keep displays stocked and shop clean and presentable.
