Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure top customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll manage the shop in the Manager’s absence, motivate staff, and ensure product quality and service standards.

You’ll oversee shifts, prepare products, maintain stock, and uphold a clean, welcoming environment for customers. This role requires dependable leadership and a passion for great service.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable with strong leadership abilities.
• Availability to work shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and politely.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of items and ensure shop looks clean and presentable.
