Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team when the Manager is away, ensuring smooth store operations and a brilliant customer experience. You’ll motivate staff, prepare products, and keep the shop running efficiently while overseeing in-store, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru channels.

You’ll be responsible for inspiring the team to maintain high standards, serving customers quickly and warmly, and ensuring displays are stocked and the shop looks welcoming.
