Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure an outstanding customer experience across in-store and online orders. You will supervise the team during the Manager’s absence, motivate staff, and manage daily operations from food preparation to oven handling and display presentation.

Ideal candidates bring reliable leadership and a passion for service in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous supervisory experience in customer-facing roles is welcome.
