Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team, ensure great customer service, and maintain high store standards. You will oversee operations when the Manager isn’t present, motivate staff, and ensure the shop runs smoothly across in-store and online channels.

You will be responsible for supervising a fast-paced team, preparing products, managing ovens, and keeping displays fully stocked with clean, inviting surroundings. Experience in a customer-facing supervisory role is valued.
