Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure customers have a brilliant experience across in-store and online orders. You’ll manage the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate staff, and ensure they have what they need to perform at their best.

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued at work.

Qualifications

• Must have previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable and capable of leading by example.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products (sandwiches) and manage ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of options.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
