Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop floor, ensuring customers receive a brilliant experience whether in store, via delivery, Click + Collect or online orders. You will guide and motivate the team, manage shifts when the Manager is absent, and keep the shop fully stocked, clean, and well presented.

You’ll oversee product preparation, oven management, and engaging customers with fast, friendly service, while upholding Greggs’ culture of inclusivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a customer-facing team.
