Typical shifts include inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing products, stocking displays and keeping the shop clean and presentable.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Availability to work 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver results and maintain high standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and friendly.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
• Keep displays stocked and shop tidy.
• Maintain a clean, presentable shop.
