Job summary

Greggs Plc is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate the team, deliver fast, friendly service and oversee shop operations across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-through channels.

You’ll prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, maintain a clean, inviting shop, and support an inclusive culture with strong leadership. We offer weekly pay, generous colleague discounts up to 50%, free hot drinks on shift, paid breaks

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the team to deliver excellent shop standards.
• Serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide range of choices.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
