Greggs plc is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a team and keep the shop running smoothly when the Manager isn’t present. You’ll motivate colleagues, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure products are prepared and displayed to the highest standards.

Expect varied shifts across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll be a reliable leader with a passion for customer experience, promoting an inclusive culture and supporting your team to perform at their best

Qualifications

• Reliable with proven leadership abilities and a passion for customer service.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate and support colleagues to deliver great results.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches, and manage ovens.
• Keep displays stocked and shop clean, tidy and presentable.
• Ensure the shop operates smoothly when the Manager is not available.
