Job summary

Greggs in Sutton is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. You will lead the shop when the Manager isn’t nearby, motivate staff, and ensure they have what they need to excel. You’ll oversee multichannel service from in-store to online orders, driving a brilliant customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for team leadership, serving customers, and maintaining high standards on the shop floor, with varied duties including product prep and oven management.
