Job summary

Greggs in Leek is hiring a Shift Manager to join our Retail team. You’ll lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around, motivate the crew, and ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether in-store or online.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, serving customers quickly and kindly, preparing items, managing ovens, stocking displays, and keeping the shop clean and welcoming. Salary is £13.80 per hour with discussion on hours at interview.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to maintain high standards and excellent shop presentation.

• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of options.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable throughout shifts.
