Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our store during the Manager’s absence. You’ll motivate the team, ensure customers have a brilliant in-store and online experience, and keep the shop running smoothly across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels.

You'll inspire the team to deliver excellent results, serve customers quickly and friendly, prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, presentable shop.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
