Greggs in Bridgnorth is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t available, delivering top service to every customer. You’ll motivate and coach the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel across all channels, in-store, delivery, and click+collect.

This role focuses on inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing food, stocking displays, and keeping the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Reliability and natural leadership with a passion for customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
