Job summary

Greggs in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and keep the shop running smoothly across in-store, delivery, and Click+Collect channels.

This role involves preparing our products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens, stocking displays, keeping the shop clean and presentable, and delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• You’ll also be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.

Responsibilities
